Este servicio responde a la necesidad de estar informado y garantiza este derecho. Proporciona a los ciudadanos la posibilidad de acceso a los recursos sociales existentes
Actuaciones: Facilitar información, orientación y asesoramiento. Estudiar y valorar las peticiones recibidas que así lo requieran. Canalizar las demandas recibidas a otros servicios sociales municipales así como efectuar su derivación a otros servicios sociales especializados si fuera conveniente.
